According to J.D. Power, Hyundai is tops in car tech. The Hyundai models that rank highest are the Tucson and Genesis. The new study by J.D. Power measures the owner’s interaction with the cars’ technology during the first 90 days of ownership.

The Tech

Among all the new tech being introduced in car, the technology that helps mitigate a collision is most used and has high satisfaction. This technology is what buyers are willing to pay for. And it includes back-up cameras, lane assist and blind-spot warnings.

The Hyundai Genesis packs plenty of tech features. Hyundai’s suite of Smart Sense technology adds an independent safety net, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, driver attention alerts and automatic emergency braking. "Passengers will have a choice broad, convenient features, such as heated and cooled front power seats, rear seats, ambient mood lighting and a premium Lexicon sound system." Hyundai’s Genesis models are now a separate brand. The Genesis in 2017 will have rear- or all-wheel-drive, four- and six-cylinder engines and a hybrid variant. And a new coupe version might replace the current Genesis Coupe.

Hyundai Tucson

The Hyundai Tucson embodies brilliant technology. Included is an integrated Bluetooth hands-free phone system that lets you take phone calls on the road while keeping your hands on the wheel. The available touch screen navigation system with a rearview camera for backing up makes it safer, and a premium audio system to keeps the entertainment rolling while on the road. Arrive at any destination safer with its voice-recognition.  

The 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is packing a wide range of excellent features. "Designed to appease modern drivers, this new sedan sedan comes with several new multimedia technologies, including the next-generation of Hyundai’s Blue Link Connected Car system, improving the driving experience. On top of these features, the 2017 Sonata Hybrid is equipped with the latest Blue Link technology, which offers access to car care and safety services." Among these include Vehicle Diagnostic Alert, Automatic Crash Notification, Monthly Vehicle Health Report, Service Scheduling and Enhanced Roadside Assistance.
